Sending a takedown notice

Email hello@ungridnow.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act your notice must include:

• Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
• The exact URL on this site where the material appears.
• Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review every valid notice and will remove or disable access to the material where the claim is well founded. Repeat infringers lose access to the site.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the same contact details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, to that effect.

Image credits

We license photography from agencies and credit every image. If you spot an image credited incorrectly, tell us and we will fix the credit.
