We would rather correct a story than defend it. If something we published is wrong, incomplete or unfair, we want to hear about it.

How to request a correction

Email hello@ungridnow.com with the article link, the specific detail you believe is wrong, and — if you have it — a source we can check. We aim to respond within two working days.

How we handle corrections

• Factual error — we fix the article and add a dated correction note at the foot explaining what changed.
• Clarification — where something was accurate but could be misread, we reword it and note the clarification.
• Update — where a developing story has moved on, we add new information and update the article date.
• Removal — we only remove an article in rare cases, such as a legal requirement or a genuine risk to someone’s safety.

We do not quietly edit

Once an article is published, any change that affects its meaning is recorded on the page. We do not silently rewrite history.
